I have a passion for enabling others to be their whole self at work, therefore; whilst this website and blog is more of a personal endeavour, here is a little bit about my professional background:

I am an experienced freelance mental health and wellbeing consultant, facilitator and writer with a wide portfolio resulting from participation within many facets of the speciality. I have worked for 13 years in mental health and wellbeing working in patient-facing roles as a wellbeing practitioner and behaviour change specialist, alongside leading public health teams.

I am currently involved in several public health and wellbeing projects. I have also provided academic support, including lecturing to a variety of higher education institutions including; Birmingham City University, The University of Wolverhampton, University of Sussex, College University of London, Canterbury Christ Church University, Telford College and Oaklands college.

In addition to this, I provide consultancy and training around popular psychological concepts and mental health to businesses. Recently I have had the pleasure of working with; Sony Music, Harrods, BNP Paribas, Ernst and Young, LinkedIn, Clifford and Chance, Cisco, Royal Mail and the British Association for Performing Arts Medicine.

I am actively engaged with my field and hold a membership with the Royal Society of Public Health, I have an accredited British Psychology Society degree (joint honours with philosophy), a  PGDip in Health and Social Care Leadership, a certificate in Counselling Skills and I am a associate for Mental Health First Aid England. I also work on behalf of Grassroots Suicide Prevention Charity, West Sussex Mind and GreenCross.
